When you're done, tar/gzip/bzip/whatever it and send it to either the
mailinglist.
The program
Make a unified diff of your changes vs. the CVS tree of the appropriate module.
If you're a real hero, you'll make a diff of both the stable version (poptop) and the unstable version.
